This sauce is made with the best ingredients, its preparation is carried out with the same care as if it were made at home, all its ingredients are roasted on a Comal over low heat thus enhancing its flavors and letting the skin of the ingredients melt. toast giving that smoky touch that we all like, then it is ground in a volcanic stone molcajete as they have done since pre-Hispanic times.
