Chimichurri Dos Anclas is a mix of grounded and dried pepper, oregano, basil, garlic powder, parsley, paprika, laurel and salt. Delicious on fish, grilled meats, stews and vegetables.
Preparation: Add half cup of warm water, ¼ cup lemon juice/ white vinegar and ½ cup olive oil and let it sit.
